Jennifer has over 10 years experience teaching group fitness classes and personal training. She has long been a devoted fan and instructor of Yoga since attending her first class in college. She's certified by Suddha Weixler from The Chicago Yoga Center, as well as, Healthy Moms & ACE. Jennifer teaches yoga to all levels - from beginner to advanced - helping students progress and grow with each pose. Jennifer is registered with the Yoga Alliance, with over 2000 hours teaching experience with all populations, including senior, perinatal, and people with metabolic disorders including diabetes. She currently teaches Hatha yoga classes at 360 & has been part of the team since October 2013.
Stephanie is a Certified Personal Trainer who studied at the National Personal Training Institute. She has worked as both a personal trainer and small group fitness trainer, specializing in Spinning, strength training, TRX and interval training. Stephanie strives to bring variety to her classes, as well as, creating a challenging, yet fun environment in which to reach your fitness goals. She currently teaches Interval Training Circuit classes and has been part of the 360 team since December 2012.
We offer a wide range of private, semi-private, and group classes, all professionally designed and led by certified trainers. Small group class sizes rage from 4-8 people so you will not be lost in a crowd, thus enabling trainers to spend the time necessary to maximize results while targeting your unique needs.

Candice currently teaches Pilates Mat & Reformer group classes, as well as, private Pilates training sessions. She has been a part of the 360 team since January 2013. She earned her 480-hr Pilates Comprehensive Instructor Certification in 2011 and is certified to teach all Pilates apparatus, including mat, reformer, chair and tower. Candice is passionate about Pilates and enjoys sharing her enthusiasm with clients. She loves that Pilates exercises are adaptable to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, and strives to advocate the intention and importance behind each exercise to her clients. She views Pilates as an exciting exploration: strengthening your body from your deepest muscles within, transforming your core to stabilize and support body movement, and discovering the extraordinary capabilities of your body and mind as you continue to grow through practice.
